Have you heard of 'communication addiction disorder'? For those that haven't , Its a disorder that describes people who talk excessively. it is also known as 'talkaholism'. 'This disorder is the incessant and seemingly uncontrollable tendency for some people to talk to one another, either one-on-one or in groups' . Research has shown that a significant portion of the students have this disorder, and statistics has also point to a similar proportion in the general population. Talking excessively can be related to the necessity of being in constant communication with other people, even when there is no practical need for such communication.
Any exchange of ideas through conversation can be termed 'talking'. It can also be exchange of thoughts , convey ideas, express in speech. If this is the main aim of talking, then people who excessively talk, abuse it. 'Talkative' according to the word-web means 'full of trivial conversation, unwisely talking too much'. Its sad to know some people ,somewhere somehow, are described with such word.
Excessive talking is not to be confused with rapid and fast talkers or when one is excited and just can't get the words out fast enough. This is a temporary situation which form a social standpoint, it's quite harmless and we often experience it from time to time . Even those we often refer to as people of few words ,also experience it. Infants often talk excessively when first learning how to speak which is understandable . Most children grow out of this and a few do not. For those who do not, it is referred to as attention deficiency hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common childhood disorders and can continue through adolescence and adulthood.
We all don't like to be referred to as a 'motor-mouth' or 'a non-stop talker' yet some are exactly that .If we don't have none of the above disorder, why do we talk excessively ?
For most people, a conversation is a fantastic opportunity to gain insights, get to know someone better, learn more, and generally exchange information. Some say it's their personality while other say it's temperamental. When we begin to talk more than we listen,then it calls for our attention . People who converse well are at an advantage, professionally and socially . But the problem arise when we talk far more than required. Excessive talking can be socially embarrassing, Not everyone like Interacting with someone who talks non-stop especially the reserved ones around us. Most of the time,it becomes purposeless due to the fact that good points out of such conversation has been exceeded and the rest becomes out of point. Friends avoid one another over similar issue and some friendship are lost because of it.Excessive talking doesn't bring any form of respect but rather low esteem to individual. Let's imagine this, if the rate at which we talk is being measured and there's a decrease in height as one excessively talk,how many of us will still have heights to measure ? Some might have disappeared into the mass, who knows ?
Let's not talk our lives away, bearing in mind that words spoken out are out already and can't be taken back . What we say matters to people , how we say them denotes who we are and the rate at which we say them ,qualify our personality. To avoid offensive talk, apologies on words said, it's best we caution ourselves on how our conversation goes . It's requires awareness of being an excessive talker, taking responsibility and tackling it consciously . Be a good listener and be sensitive to the needs of others through their spoken words and the emotions it comes with. Let's also be calm in our response and reaction to others. Improve on how best you live your life, generations are looking up to you.

FULL MEANING OF VALENTINE
This isn't one of those my long write-ups , it's just my opinion on what valentine should really mean to everyone ;
V- value lives around you. if you value lives you won't hurt anyone
A- allow peace reign through love. Lack of love brings about war and war can be within the mind
L- love is meant to be forever and not for a day.
E- Everybody deserves to be loved , not few.
N- No perfect explanation for love than to love
T- the greatest thing you can ever do for love is to sacrifice. Sacrifice your time,your money and show love to the needy.
I- it takes happiness to love. Sad people can't love ,be happy
N- never forget to love yourself . You can't love others if you don't love yourself
E- experience the most real and truest love which is from God.
Henceforth,let's make everyday special by showing love to one another and also lets imbibe what valentine really means to our daily living ...

SOME OF THE COOLEST INVENTIONS
The earth ,they say is always revolving and so many new things revolves in it . Everyday, there are at least one idea of invention in the world . Modernization has indeed made life easy and simple and we must commend our inventors for great their works. Here are some of the coolest inventions;
We talk about this inventions because some people somewhere sat down to make their ideas achievable .These has gone a long way in bringing comfort and convienence to lives . For those that have ideas on somethings, don't let it die in you , build them , make them exist in the world . 'Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life – think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone'. Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something ,stand in the way of your doing it. The time will surely pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use. Don't forget that 'The starting point of all achievement is desire,Weak desire brings weak results '. Inventors out there, your works won't be complete if there is no 'hair making machine ', the one that makes hair faster and saves time. It would be appreciated by ladies that don't like sitting too long making their hair, like me. We are all waiting and the world is also waiting. Please share with me on what you think is not yet invented or the invention you think is cooler than the ones I mentioned.
- TESLA's electric car - A car powered by electricity for those that don't like spending time at gas stations, for those that don't like the odor of petrol . It cheap in countries where electricity is cheap.
- House that walks - House that helps to live wherever you want to (so I heard) and it's powered by solar energy.
- Wireless electricity /WI-tricity- involves plug-in coil that creates a magnetic field which power object as far away as 8 ft (2.4m). This is probably for those that don't like carrying charging wires around .
- Reuseable candles - These type of candles are reuse in a way that the burning wax arrange itself and used again. Saves money and prevent wax wasting away.
- Self making bed - a type of bed that arrange itself in seconds. Good for students who can't spare time out of their tight schedule for laying their beds.

NIGERIA, WE HAIL THEE...
Fellow Nigerians like me, we can't continue to condemn our country because so many things unravel in it everyday neither are we to commend her. It's so sad to know that unpleasant things happen around and it's not favorable to majority of us. There's a saying that says ' if the head does not function well, the rest of the body can't function well too'. The head in this case represent the leaders or rather people in power including those that rule the country without even being the public figure. I have seen and read so many articles or write up or tags on the campaign going on, and I am not here to campaign for any party or anybody. Let's all not forget that they promise us all kinds of things and they end up doing otherwise. Some even try to do what they promised the first year or term and they stop. Haven't you noticed that those that will do tangible things ,end up stepping down ,jailed or even die at some point of their campaign or regime? I have names on my head to list out,but what will it do or what will it change presently? In past years , whether there's campaign, rally or presidential debate ,Nigeria knows her next leader without election. You right, I might be wrong but Somethings are just wrong somewhere and it has to stop one day. Maybe the primaries they do is just part of their tricks on us, so that somebody they can control campaigns against other people in other parties, some other people can control. The cycle keeps going around just like that and it's indeed tiring.
Is there no one that can stand up to that position of change? Someone Nigerians (PLUS those who want change MINUS those who want Nigeria to divide ) can trust for this work? Are there no people that can work together to achieve this amongst us? All of these aren't the right questions. But rather,the question is Who? Who will see money , luxurious lifestyle and still do the right thing? Who will have power to rule and still control that power the right way? Or who are those out of us all will be threatened to be killed and still have the zeal to do the right thing ? This is the issue, all of this won't change if we Nigerians don't stand up together , it won't change if we don't derive a means to make it stop.
IF we all decide we want the same person , we vote for this same person , we jointly agree to open ballot counting(if there's anything like that), the person becomes the head of the country. The person change the entire security procedure of the country, that same person use God's wisdom to remove corrupt leaders everywhere and all other necessary things needed .THEN Nigeria can be better , by assumption . After all, GOVERNMENT they say, is of the people,by the people and for the people.
The problem is that not everyone wants the same thing or the right thing, some people somewhere still wants it to continue like this, due to their selfish interest. We are not all united, even in families, they barely agree; envy, jealousy and hatred amongst other things rules in it ,not to talk of a country as a whole. So therefore , let us all work thoroughly on ourself and become a better person to humanity. As the head needs repair to function well , let us ,the body ,keep working on all other aspect of it. Even as the heart keeps pumping blood to the brain ,let's keep hoping and praying that someday the right blood flows to the brain and it begins to function excellently.
Congratulations to the next president of Nigeria in the coming election. We want him to be that one person we keep talking about,that one person that will bring unique CHANGE upon us .its a thing of joy for us all if Nigeria becomes a changed country under his administration and so help him God.
Let all Nigerians stand up to vote for that person we think will bring us that change. Let's all hope our vote will count and bring that change we want THIS TIME around. It can only be better if we are together as one.
