THE BEAST IN EVERY MAN
You'll most likely think I'm not normal after reading this heading. I've not come to insult anyone and I am not a sexist. "Man" in that context means "Human being "...Yes ,there is a beast in everyone. Ofcourse not literally ,but in the real sense, we all have the propensity to be who we are not, to misbehave or to act in a very absurd manner. Beast usually mean a wild animal, inotherwords there is a wild part of everyone .
For example , A cool-headed man that showed a furious and violent side . People tend to give excuses or judge by saying such man has been pretending all along. No he wasn't , it was in him and had to come out by crook or by hook ....Beast can be in any form ; Anger, rage, cruelty, drunkenness , ruthlessness e.t.c
In a way or two ,we've all shown a trait that we ask ourselves where that came from ,because we did not even know we had such beast in us. We immediately want to apologize and the usual line comes up " I don't know what came over me" " it's the handiwork of the devil " No, it is not , it is you .
You had it in you all along ,there wasn't just a trigger to show it yet , and when it was triggered ,the beast came out, you probably don't need to beat yourself over it . Half of a problem is solved when you know what the problem exactly is , it's only when you can identify your problem, that you can share it. All I am saying is that , we all have that inhumane part of us but what differentiates us is the grace of God, self-control and patience to curtail it .
However ,you can't blame people when these things come out, because for every action there must have been a reaction or triggering factor. But no matter the factor or reaction, do not let people get the bad part of you, do not allow people's emotions affect and thus control you into being a monster . We can never be justified for battering , for violence or doing harm to people or oneself.

LET'S ARGUE THIS....
For every hour, minutes and seconds ticking, a child is born somewhere in the world , be it in Asia,Europe, Africa or wherever ... We are not concerned about the 'where', that should be an acceptable fact . The moment air gets into the collapsed lungs of a new born, ( don't be confused , I am talking medically) and the positive reaction of " crying"occur to that said newborn , life begins for that Baby ...This happened in everyone , forget me trying to sound like I'm talking about a special baby. ... No matter the year, month and date the Baby was born, that exact date mark the begining of a new day,new week, new month and new year for he or she.
If this point is generally acceptable worldwide, I need an explanation why on my birthday or anyone's birthday , shouting Happy New Year sound odd or outdated. For example, if by April , I am just shouting mine ...doesn't it look silly?
Ofcourse it does, simply because a normal calendar starts Jan 1 and ends dec 31st, consisting of a total of 12 months / 365 or 366 days , the latter being the case of a leap year. If all this is said and affirmed , why is there a need for this piece then? I am not sorry to bother you , I am just here to prove that for every homo sapien , human being , individual or man, we have "an official and unofficial new year" . The official new year being exactly on your birthday and the unofficial one being Jan 1 when everyone on planet "Earth" celebrates the beginning of a new year. In other news, it's no news for some of us while some still deny this fact , but Tomie's blog is all about educating in different forms ... I am so sure someone somewhere thought about this too , that's why I will keep pouring out minds into words , into phrases, tenses ,just to make clearer views, ideas and points.
If you have contrary opinions or totally disagree with me , please lemme know in the comment section below . Thank you .

RESOLUTIONS OR NOT
Hi dearies....Errrm I have decided to change the way I write and so it's just going to be pouring out my mind into words, not necessarily in form of write ups... Let's see how it's goes. For those that might not like it , just support me, that's what friends and fans do... Or am I wrong ? Anyways back to the discussion .
It's a new year and everyone looked forward to seeing it including me, I noticed that the reason people look forward to January 1 is because it's a start of a new begining for them and not just an ordinary day. Start of a new begining in the sense that, they want everything fresh , some new set of items, some new set of attitudes or attributes. Some go further into writing new year resolutions. I for one don't buy the idea, simply because I am a short term person , when I see something not working or not cool for me , I want to change it or find a way to change it that same time I notice it. Let's look at it this way , if we have 5 things written out as our new year's resolution ,and at the end of the 7th month, one isn't even off the list yet , does it mean it a fail?
No , it's not a fail , it just mean that the list was probably unachievable or priorities wasn't set right or at some point we forgot about it. For the most part ,the truth is that the new year syndrome comes and goes, especially mid January , it feels like the normal usual days and the whole excitement ,eagerness is being watered down because either new year or new day, life continues... According to Wiki, "The most common reason for participants failing their New Years' Resolutions was setting themselves unrealistic goals (35%), while 33% didn't keep track of their progress and a further 23% forgot about it."
Moral of this piece - Live your life daily as it comes
Don't get caught up in the "new year syndrome"
When you notice something not cool about yourself, make conscious effort to change it, firstly for yourself and maybe for some other people you care about. We can't please everybody.
