MEN AND THEIR EGO

Men are great people in our world today, no doubt about that. Imagining a world without Men would be a struggle. In marriages , men are referred to as the head and women are to submit to the head. All of this shouldn't be taken for granted by men. Men are known for their ego , its huge and can be destructive . I am inquisitive to know what their gain is or will be for being so full of ego or probably egocentric and some of these men even suffer from it. it's won't be of any harm if they can swallow it alittle. Most times when they are wrong ,they dont bring themselves to apologize for their wrongs and they feel so comfortable doing that. They turn tables around often and make us feel like the wrong people .Thank God for God , that gives us the strength ,that makes us the strong-willed being and courage to swallow our pride and to say 'sorry ' even when we are not wrong.  Stories of divorce today ,yesterday's ego is probably one of the reasons and deep down within them, they know it but can't just face the truth.

If the meaning of ego is self-esteem, self-importance, self-worth , self-respect, self-image, self-confidence , does that mean we don't have it too? Or we neglect it and that's why we easily take blame that aren't ours?
I hear some men say we have to learn to accept them as they are , and who said we can't be accepted as we are too? While some say ' don't hurt a man's ego ' should women's ego be hurt then?

I am not a feminist and am not against men either, I am not saying some women are not full of ego too rather am I saying all men are full of ego , the percentage is high for men .Let's all cut it off a little, to make a better you and I. Ego won't make you richer , won't make me taller and won't make us bigger.

The best antonym of ego is found out to be "selflessness ", that became powerful in my mind because it's not easy being human and not act like one .It takes great minds to take that in. Being egoless makes us more responsible , more respectable and more matured. Trust me , the world would be a better place if people stand up to take blame when at fault,humble and not too full of themselves. 'EGO is the only requirement to destroy any relationship, so be a bigger person, skip the 'E' and let it 'GO'.
